Wide Field of View Pictures
These pictures/Images are generally taken by mounting my Nikon film Camera piggy back on my LX 200.  However, I have also taken pictures using my barn door camera mount.  These thumbnail pictures are about 2 inches x 3 inches.  They will link you to a larger and higher resolution picture.  These larger pictures may take over a minute to download.


This picture is centered on the Cygnus region of the Milky Way.   You can also see the constellation Lyra to the right of center.  Click here or the photo to get a large picture.  This was a 15 minute exposure through a 28 mm lens.
This picture is centered in the Sagittarius region of the Milky Way.  The "Teapot" is just left and a little below the center of the picture.  The constellation Aquila is in the upper left quadrant of the picture.  Click here or the photo to get a large picture.  This was a 15 minute exposure through a 28 mm lens.
