Perseids Meteor Shower Images
The Perseids meteors can put on a good show, but to  capture good images you need to be at a dark sky viewing site.  This image shows what light polution can do to your Perseid meteor images.

Kodak Gold 200 Film
This image is of a Perseids meteor taken in Aug 96.   Unfortunately my location is such that the Perseids meteors often appear in the sky glow of Washington DC.  August is generally a month of high humidity and haze in the Northern Virginia area, so I'm going to move my imaging of the Perseids to a dark site location to have much success.  Focal Ratio:  f3.5
Exposure: 10 Minutes
